Logo I designed for Asia Industrial Materials. Based in Singapore with operations in China, India, South East Asia, and the Middle East, AIM provides environmentally responsible alternatives to commonly used construction materials.
Since they were in the business of sustainable building products, the owners wanted a logo that looked eco-friendly, as well as represented alternative energy sources like solar energy, wind power, biofuels, and hydroelectricity.
Process
Other submitted concepts. I kinda like the one in the middle, first row. You can find the letters A-I-M in that symbol which looks like a simplified house. Plus, it forms an arrow pointing up, to represent progress.
